Will My Insurance Cover Immunotherapy?

New "No Show" Policy
Patients who fail to keep their appointment or do not call with 2 hours notice, will be considered a "No Show" patient, and will be charged an insufficient notice fee of $15 on the third event. On the fourth event within a 12-month period, the patient will be subject to termination and a $30 insufficient notice fee. Exceptions will be made at the discretion of the office staff in the case of inclement weather and/or patient circumstances.
